I appreciated the comfortable bed, together with a strong Wi-Fi connection. It had a peaceful ambiance, though I did hear some conversations from neighboring rooms. Pita at the front desk made our check-in a delightful experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the Red Carpet Inn & Suites. The room felt spacious and super clean. I really enjoyed the private balcony, it added a nice touch to my visit. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciate the strong Wi-Fi connection, which kept me connected during my trip. However, the 3 pm check-in time was somewhat inconvenient. I found it to be a bit late after a long day of travel. A little flexibility there would be nice. The staff was friendly, and Pita at the front desk made check-in enjoyable, like catching up with an old friend. Overall, good experience with room for improvement on check-in timing.

The staff was reasonably accommodating during check-in.

My experience was disappointing from the start. The room was filthy, with a terrible odor and unclean carpets. To make matters worse, there were roaches in the bed and the light switch was malfunctioning. I attempted to contact the front desk about these issues but was met with unresponsive service.
